Counseling Fees & Rates:
Rates may vary depending on your financial situation, we will work with you to create a payment plan that meet your needs.
Payment is due at the time of service.
Individual Counseling
- Five 60-minute sessions — $250
Pre-Martial Counseling
- Five 60-minute sessions — $275
Marriage Counseling
- Five 60-minute sessions — $350

Good Faith Estimate:
You have the right to receive an estimate of the total cost for your counseling sessions if you are not using insurance. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises/consumer or call 404-997-3487.
Insurance:
I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance at this time.
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged the full service fee rate .

Confidentiality
Agreement by Counselee(s):
· You agree not to share details of counseling sessions with those who do not have a necessary role in the counseling or conciliation process.
· In matters involving legal action, you agree that all discussions with your counselor are considered settlement negotiations and are inadmissible in court or legal discovery. You also agree not to compel your counselor to testify or disclose information from counseling sessions. Likewise, your counselor will not voluntarily share such information.
· Hearts Poured Out counselors are legally required to report suspected or known cases of child abuse or neglect, in compliance with state law.
· If a dispute arises between you and your counselor, you agree to seek resolution through biblical means, including discussion, mediation, and, if necessary, arbitration based on the Rules of Procedure of the Institute for Christian Conciliation. · Before beginning counseling, you must agree to and sign our counseling agreement. If you wish to review the agreement before applying for counseling, please contact us.
